Individuals at the meeting claimed there's a preexisting Quelab rule 
against using the attic, but individual claims are not the same as 
committee action. Space cadets had no vote on the issue, either to 
validate the claim or to establish a new rule.

And I already sent a message to this mailing list a week ago explaining 
how ludicrous the claim is. My message was, of course, ignored, except 
for Craig asking for meeting minutes and correcting me about when he was 
first elected.
