[Spacecadets] Using the east attic

Sending this to SC and OFF list as I'm not sure what happened during  
which meeting. Seem like this mostly came up during 6pm SC meeting.

Would somebody please recap what happened so I have some context here?


-- Clarification because I can't help myself -- 1. I am only one year  
into my first term as a Board member. 2. while I was using East Attic  
as a workspace in 2014 and part of 2015, I haven't done one minute of  
work there since August of 2015, and it's become de facto storage for  
me, though I had hoped to do more up there this Spring. But I've also  
been advised I'd probably need to clear my shit out, so whatever :)
