Here are the minutes, such as they are -

(Here is the map of the space, if you don't know room numbers:
http://quelab.net/wiki/doku.php?id=room_map)

Some highlights:
The major recap is that the attic space is
- not considered "occupiable" per the lease, the city, and probably
the fire marshal
- the rule that it is not occupiable is an old rule from when we first
moved into the space, and newer members were not aware of it
- Bandit used the words "It is NOT under discussion. There are two
options for the east attic: storage, or nothing"
- Bandit is seeking suggestions emailed directly to him of wish list
suggestions for possible use of storage in the east attic. Make it so
each member gets "x" square feet automatically? Make it "rentable"
storage space? Make it storage for our geegaws & whatsits? What?
Bandit will collate & make up a report

We agreed that the couches need cleaned. Charel & JT both have
machines that we could use.

Passed proposals
- We approved the proposal to make room 11 (formerly Mission Control)
into a Ham Shack, but want to keep it's office use as well (the ham
space will be restricted to only part of the room)
- a later approved proposal swapped rooms around
  - Room 11 to house the large format printer & large format vinyl
cutter (both that Ray are working on) and at least one PC
  - Room 7 (storage room) to become HamShack/Office space
  - Items that were storage in room 7 to be relocated. Some suggested
the east attic, some suggested into room 5 (the former library, where
a lot of the computer stuff was once upon a time stored in the past)
