[Spacecadets] Spacecadets "Mission"

Patrick and I plan to attend the meeting on Sunday.  Yes, it would be 
good to know all the fees/costs associated with the Annex ahead of 
Sunday so we can agree on a fair rate for the space (ASAP!)
