Re layout/ additional classroom

I had good hopes, that especially after october (the period of time
505access was looking at to end their 500-1000sqft desires, or before,
that the rollup door and some of the Annex, could become the new Donation
dropzone/sorting , opening back up the Drive in area of our shop, and also
hopes that kilns and some of the other things might be placeable in the
annex, or the outside fenced area, freeing back up the space we used for
the grand opening and ignite presentations, and also allowing for the
front area in the masts to be used for temp projects, (car repair, glider
building, sculpture welding....

One if the big concerns/complaints i keep hearing from touring guests, and
some other members is that in the masts, it feels too cluttered for them to
feel like they can work on something sizable. Admittedly with the new
wood shop additions its looking pretty awesome in the woodshop area, and
will likely look even better when we start offering benches, and can move
some more out of the middle. to open up more space for woodworking.

I know some people have suggested perhaps keeping the drive in area in
masts the drop zone, and encouraging large projects/car
stuff/sculptural/events in the annex, but the only the three that really
makes sense is the events, due to the low ceiling, the remoteness from
many of the tools possible sketchiness of the tracks(if we were to keep the
rollup door open much. although it could be opened for donations,
(smaller things could be brought in via the annex door)

The other thing about it since the annex is not insulated heat/cooling wise
and probably not very noise wise, from the 'Core' im thinking vehicle
projects major shop work/grinding/sawing/welding/lathing/painting, may mix
in the Cores airspace/soundspace and or contribute to more heating or
cooling if the annex rollup door is used for long periods.
