[Spacecadets] SPACECADETS - Space Allocation Plan proposal

I was just asking to see what you put together. I agree JT's plan seems to
cover it but again I think collaboration is always a great option - so
there could be a piece in what you did that fits into JT plan and makes it
all better for Quelab.

And I know nothing about a meeting nor any emails to that effect. Did you
ask Bandit to call a meeting?
