[Spacecadets] Spacecadets "mission"

Love the catch22 of it all, the board is really not the managers of the
space, yes we take care of the financial aspects of the space, and any
legal documents/entity activity. but we are not really here to say This
goes here, that goes there.... that is really for the members and the
officers to work out and if there is a problem the board is here to help
mediate it.

So i don't personally think that its outside of the scope f the
spacecadets, to figure out how to use this additional space they found and
requested. at least to come up with a plan or two to present to the
members. Now if that plan requires funding(materials) or or legal paper
signing or whatnot, then it gets kicked back up to the board with some
sort of estimate and a plan to accomplish it.

To do that I suspect the spacecadets are going to need to pick someone to
Lead, Mediate, as they figure out how to best get the space setup and
integrated with being part of the whole quelab ecosystem. Or report back
to the board/officers and ask around for a new group of people interested
in doing it.
