[Spacecadets] Spacecadets "mission"

Hi John,

to clear up one point - subletting isn't what it sounds like - We have
members who have been requesting a workspace for a place large enough for a
work bench and some storage. These are maybe 6' by 8' or maybe less and
only for members. We are not currently looking to sublet to some group to
take up a section of the space for what they are working on.

Not to say that might not be considered in the future but for now it is
focused toward responding to member's requests.
