[Spacecadets] Spacecadets "mission"

As far as my memory recalls the board convened the space cadets to look at space options to include but not limited to moving to other sites. Since then it has also evolved into the committee where all space related questions are directed. The committee does not have a directive from the board to design a plan for the new space... However it makes sense that this committee do that sort of thing. If a directive is needed, that item would need to be placed on a board agenda and consensed on by the board members. My guess is the committee will get to it anyway without a directive being needed.
