[Spacecadets] Activity on renting the south space

The board is can be removed from this thread because they delegated to us
(the space cadets) to be their representative in this matter.

We (charel and I) had a meeting with Hanna today, and we put in an offer
for a single step for on the combined space for three years.

As Hanna isn't the ultimate owner, he has to confirm with them that the
offer we gave today meets their needs.

More news when we get it.
