[Spacecadets] Something about these numbers seems off to me.

The amount per sq ft is confusing as it reflects a 12 month period. Also,
we are considering what value would come from rolling the new space into
the main lease. So by the lease agent est. they are saying $2.99 per sq ft.
- but again odd math. So I don't think it will be $0.25 per sq ft but it
wont be $2.99 per sq ft either. And yes, there are several things to
consider on the cost of space.

I know this doesn't answer your question but I hope it helps. We need to
make sure we can afford the new space without sublets while working on how
the new space can support the members including having space to sublet
either in the new space on the original area.
