[Spacecadets] Sublet Proposals

To start with, we have the two benches that have formica counters on them.
I think they are the perfect size for a rentable bench, AND we have two
more countertops that can be pressed into use.  The only mods might be
making them more mobile, and adding lockable storage underneath, but
neither of those have to be done right now.
