[Spacecadets] Sublet Proposals

I had originally envisioned building workbenches, and customizing them with
secure underneath cubbies, rather than retrofitting anything we could buy
commercially.  The benches we had in the back of the House on 2nd St were
the jumping-off point, but I'd rather they be free-standing, than tied to
the walls.

Are the benches you've been seeing at Bentleys more like the station in
Hyperspace, or more like Bre's workbench as shown in the following video?

I'd make them a bit narrower than Bre's, but that quibbling.
