[MachineShop] Shop Update

I have added MachineShop training to the Quelab store, @ $80. @Denis:
Please review it, and let me know if you want the description changed or
added. Right now it is the same format as other Trainings:
" Training is required before a member can use Quelab's Machine Shop. This
pays the training fee for the Machine Shop. All training fees go into a
special fund to support/improve/maintain that particular area."
