Understood.

Will learn more Thursday, Darren.

And I have some hi number items that are still pending?

Let’s stay in touch,

John:

Primary thing would be going to Bentleys and pay invoice. (Or you can call them and authorize them to run total against card ypu used to register. They will email a paid receipt to you.)

Once somebody (I'm guessing it will end up being me). then item can be picked up at UTC.

It would be great if somebody in this group could help with that, but if not, Darrel Knudson has offered his help (with truck). Steven Hall has offered his truck and trailer to help. Maybe somebody from CNN group can coordinate with either gentleman? I may have some things to utilize them as well...

Great Idea, Darren and Eric...

I have no ability, however, to pick up and to re-locate to the Quelab?

(Am on an airplane Friday at 8 AM)

Can someone help?

Also got a benchtop magnified and lighted lamp on a clamp for our CNC bench

for $17:50 + buyer premium.

Hi All,

Talked to Darren today about tables and workspace for the 3 Axis CNC Router.

Darren said that a work space can be made available for the R&D,

construction and debugging work in the annex where we are currently renting

out space.

Darren also mentioned being able to find at auction or in his current

in-house stock, an appropriately sized work table for permanently placing

the CNC setup in the metal shop at a far lower cost than building one from

scratch from Home Depot plywood and 2 by 4s.

Darren will be at Quelab tomorrow on Sunday after the officer's meeting if

we want to talk to him about workspace and tables for the CNC project.

Bentleys is have a huge three day auction next week of a major government

subcontractor. In looking through the catalog, I see some thigs taht would

be good for Quelab.

In the case of the CNC work, I am thinking about a cubicle in the Annex (in

addition to others). This was there is a clearly defined, semi-private space

for work on it.

Example of cubicles being offered (right now, some have no bids so

conceivably, they could be $1 per whole cubice section- including desk(s)

inside (I think). I am going to look at them on

Monday).https://auctionsouthwest.hibid.com/catalog/93162/utc-aerospace-plant

Ideas for tables / benched for final placement of router:

ble-station--30-x48-x30-/?q=station&ref=catalog

Leveling feet can be unscrewed from bottom and locking casters can be

inserted.

There will be tons of these style magnifying lights in the auction as well.

What are thoughts of adding one of these to station (And maybe a couple

extras just for spare bulbs if nothing

else?)https://auctionsouthwest.hibid.com/lot/29559461/intertek-luna-pro-magn

Just some ideas....
