<div>1. Reorganize the task force as a committee and decide who the three at large members are.</div>

<div>3. Discuss a couple of space related issues (Annex office and the library).</div>

The revised committee structure is for all area captains and the facilities manager to be de facto members of the committee, plus three members from the at large community. Area
captains can send proxies or abstain from attending if they themselves do not want to be involved in the committee.</div>
