<div>By being on this list you have indicated a desire to help Quelab define
what our facilities should look like and be used for. Since you are
interested and no one has taken the initiative I will call for a preliminary
brainstorming meeting this Sunday, March 20th at 6 PM. The space is
rapidly evolving, especially the annex, and being driven by individuals without
any overall “Plan” of what the whole area should look like. </div>

<div>If you would like some input on the overall facility please come with some
written notes on your ideas. Obviously, the main concern is with the use
of the annex but the entire facility should be considered. This meeting
will consist of “brainstorming” what is possible. Future meetings will
work to develop a consensus plan we can present to the membership and the
board..</div>

<div>I applaud people just doing what they think needs to be done but that will
only lead to frictions with other ideas and eventually resentment. Help us
develop an overall plan everyone can own before inertia and individuals force a
plan on everyone else.</div>
