[Spacecadets] Space cadets planning meeting scheduled 10/3/16 7pm

Thank you those who filled out the Doodle poll the first available date
everyone who responded could make was Monday October 3rd at 7pm at Quelab.

Lets meet there, if anyone who didn't respond can join in, that would be
great!

Basic plan is to talk about is if we have enough people willing to work on
the committee, (both as voting and as advisory).   If the group members
have any thoughts on how to make it work best (even if its different than
what the board recommended)

And how to go on from here to make sure that Quelab continues to be a place
to make things, and putting some checks and balance into doocracy  so that
hopefully the spaces can be used or modified in ways that is beneficial to
the members and future members, (not just the loudest few)

please take a moment to update your calendars,  i have put the date and
time on the Quelab calendar.  Feel free to invite energetic quelab members
you thing might be good for this misison.
