[Spacecadets] Resubmission of Annex Rental Proposal.

thanks Chris and everyone involved in getting this pulled together.

My only question at this time is on the floor plan. Darren, any chance you
can make do with less donation space? Currently the office is blocked off.
So I am asking is there any wiggle room with the Donation Zone?
