Agreed; why have a whole group of people to make decisions that the 
president or facilities manager should be making? I nominated Alice for 
president, but she sounded reluctant, so we might need to ply her with 
chocolate and cookies or something. Anders would also be a great choice, 
and he can be plied with nuts and carrots. John Murray is already 
willing to be facilities manager. The board just needs to approve these 
people, which should take about five seconds. If the board thinks the 
south space needs an area captain, they should ask for a volunteer.

If anybody has proposals about the south space or any other area of 
Quelab, present them to the relevant officer. If you don't like how an 
officer is doing his job, depose him and nominate yourself as his 
replacement. There's brewing equipment in the south space in case you 
need to ply the board with booze to get yourself approved.
