[Spacecadets] Spacecadets meeting.

Okay everyone. I think Sunday after the community meeting would be best.


Celeste: I would prefer not to talk about the Spacecadets till after we have reorganized. As it stands now, I may not even be a member (or at least a voting member) of Spacecadets after Sunday. By my count we have 15 people vying for 3 at large spots.


Sherie: There are no imminent plans to change any of the room locations. However, the board is interested in utilizing the office in the annex and at least two ideas (I won't call them proposals) were put forward. One involved Flynn's Arcade and the other involved the library. I think we should discuss them at our meeting, but nothing is imminent. We can let Darren and Drew state their ideas for that space and then we can discuss it.

I am hoping to have a Spacecadets meeting here fairly soon. We need to
1. Reorganize the task force as a committee and decide who the three at large members are.
2. Act on the board's two other items not addressed in the resubmitted proposal
3. Discuss a couple of space related issues (Annex office and the library).
4. Make a decision on a proposed action for Flynn's Arcade

Either Sunday or Monday next week seem like valid dates for a proposed meeting. Sunday after the community meeting would be a good time or Monday at 6 PM. Let me know which you think is best.

This email has been sent to the current task force members and the officers. The revised committee structure is for all area captains and the facilities manager to be de facto members of the committee, plus three members from the at large community. Area captains can send proxies or abstain from attending if they themselves do not want to be involved in the committee.

If you were on the task force and no longer would like to be involved, let me know, so we can have you removed from the email list.

I think that is all.
