This is the Artisansasylum in Boston MA.  They are heavy into classes and charge a lot.  Example, their 3 week course on the chop & band saw, joiner and planer is $115.

Since I mentioned it at last night's monthly meeting, Darren did some research into what other spaces are doing WRT policies for storage etc.  I haven't read them yet, so don't know how helpful, but perhaps of some use for discussion at tonight's meeting.
