[Metalshop] DeWalt grinder damaged

Found that the DeWalt angle grinder has a damaged cord. I pulled the wheel
and attachments, tagged it, and set it aside.

Given the gauge of the cord it should be replaced, not patched.

Also I cannot locate a guard for this grinder, so I'd recommend resolving
that as well.
