[MachineShop] Updates

We have finished training with Samuel Smith. He has been certified to use
the lathe.

Currently I don't know who is next, I will email the general members list.

If you plan to use the machine shop, I suggest sending an email out just in
case someone wants to do something in there as well and needs a second
person.
