[MachineShop] Shop Update

The following machines work: The PM Mill, Vertical Band Saw, Bridgeport
Mill, Green Jet Lathe.


The rest of the machines need work and testing before they can be used. I'd
think once the tools are put away the place can be used by certified
members with the machines above. Having less space, organization has been a
challenge. A lot of stuff had to be discarded.


It's close to being ready though.
