[MachineShop] Shop Update

Mitchell has been oriented on the White Mill (Precision Matthews) and is
now certified to use it. We were able to get through it with most tools
accounted for. There is still some organization optimization involved
though.

Next week, time permitted, we will start on the south bend lathe.

Me and Bill need to repair the mill head motor on his yellow combination
machine.
