[MachineShop] Hardness Tester

Steve (previously Mr Ford) demonstrated that the wilson rockwell hardness
tester that I bought is fully functional. If you have a project that needs
testing for hardness, reach out to us. I don't quite know how to use it
myself so this is going to be a learning experience for everyone.

Possible uses for this would be checking metal scrap, to sort it. You could
check your knives, but the test is destructive and will leave a permanent
indent in the metal.
