[MachineShop] Machine Shop Clean Up

I saw the unit running. It did cut wood. There was one issue of the left
side rail developing missed steps. Allegedly this was due to dust getting
in, accumulating, and causing misalignment with the right. That's the last
that I remember from the member that last worked on it. He was going to
build a fence but I don't know if that got done. The machine was also
supposed to have gotten a vacuum attachment for the spindle.
