Replied off list to make the introduction..

Machine shop should be pretty functional.  Except for the shelves that are
stuffed in there from the back hall..

Depending on when you all schedule, if they are not out you should be able
to stash them back in the back hallway.  Even if they have not sheetrocked
it up yet..
