[MachineShop] Update

I have

1) Cleaned up the grinder wheels (Dual 8 inch)
2) Put on additional tarps

Still left

1) Replace filter in the shopvac
2) Replace casters for the rolling cabinets
3) Find a better method for storing scrap and spare parts

The annex shelves are still in the space. It looks the sheetrock people did
something to the conduit for the lathe and the cabling. It will need to be
repaired. After that, the place will need cleaning/organization.

If there is anything else that needs to be done let me know.
