[MachineShop] Cam lock chucks

In addition to the cam-locks being fully engaged on any chuck installed on the Southbend: please ensure that the recessed portion in the rear of the chuck is free of any chip and that the spindle face is clean and free of debris.  

The chuck plate recess has a taper that mates to the spindle nose OD taper. Having both surfaces clean ensures that the chuck locks cleanly in place with no/minimal runout.
